If, for any reason, you would like to return a product, please send it within 28 days and in its original condition, to:

Please enclose a note with your name and details of where you would like the money refunded to. It would be good to have feedback as to why you are returning the item.

Any personal details (including name, address, bank details, email address etc) that The New Forest Tartan Company holds will only be used for The New Forest Tartan Company business.

They will never be sold or given to anyone else and The New Forest Tartan Company will take all reasonable steps to keep the details safe. You have the right to know what details The New Forest Tartan Company holds about you, and to have them removed from the New Forest Tartan Company’s records.
